- Full stack developer (web app)

- Ability to convey and translate super technical terms, features etc. in an understandable way for a non-technical person
- expertise in data and AI is a big plus but can also be hired at a later stage

- building and validating the business case and financial model
- developing and testing the prototype (Figma) with first PAYING customers
- preparing business plan & pitch deck for seed funding investment round
- developing and testing go-to-market assumptions

- assessing the technical feasibility
- contributing with ideas to the product development and vision
- co-developing the product (from prototype to MVP to proof of concept)
- building a tech team from scratch, sparring on company mission and vision
- down the line ensuring competitive advantage with the help of cutting-edge technology (AI simulation of career paths)
