• You are a software developer and/or AI engineer with a passion for social impact and a
deep commitment to using your skills for good.
• You have experience working with Object-Oriented Programming languages like C# and
Python, and you’re comfortable working with Azure AI and services.
• You are excited about learning and specializing in LLMOps, including fine-tuning, agent
systems, and other NLP techniques.
• You have experience with NoSQL or SQL databases, especially Cosmos DB, and a solid
understanding of database integration within Azure.

As our technical co-founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing deliberAIde’s vision to life. You’ll
be responsible for supporting and guiding the development of our AI-driven platform, ensuring it
meets the highest standards of functionality and accessibility. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance
to use your technical skills to create a lasting impact on society.
• Contribute to the development of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), focusing on AIassisted discussion analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the other co-founders to shape the overall strategy and direction
of deliberAIde.
• Expand your expertise in generative AI, LLMOps, and other NLP-focused techniques
working with cutting-edge tools and models to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
• Oversee the integration of NoSQL or SQL databases, particularly with Cosmos DB, within
Azure services.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development, ensuring a seamless user
experience for our platform.
