We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual with expertise in startup acceleration, marketing, and sales to join us as a co-founder. You’ll be instrumental in securing growth opportunities, scaling the platform, and driving revenue through creative sales and marketing strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and hands-on experience in early-stage fundraising, accelerator program participation, and building customer acquisition channels. You will help shape the future of Moodia and take it to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Startup Accelerator Engagement: Identify and lead applications to relevant startup accelerators, incubators, and pitch events.
• Fundraising: Develop strategies for securing seed funding, grants, or early-stage investors.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Build and execute strategies for growth, user acquisition, and customer retention (B2B and B2C).
• Brand Development: Elevate the Moodia brand by establishing partnerships, building brand recognition, and developing community-driven engagement.
• Growth Hacking: Implement creative solutions for scaling user acquisition without significant financial backing.
• Product-Market Fit: Ensure that the platform continues to meet user needs while identifying new growth opportunities.

• Proven experience in startups and familiarity with accelerator programs (e.g., Y Combinator, Techstars, etc.).
• Strong sales background with an ability to create and execute customer acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Fundraising experience, preferably in early-stage startups, with knowledge of securing seed rounds and working with investors.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and execute efficiently with limited resources.
• A passion for mental health and building solutions that create lasting, positive impacts.
