We are looking for a technical and motivated developer to lead our early stage MVP development working closely with test users and the founding team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the development and deployment of overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Develop working MVP prototype based on existing mockups and reiterate prototypes based on user feedback results.
- Utilize the appropriate technology stack, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, and third-party libraries, considering performance, maintainability, and compatibility with existing healthcare systems.
- Implement seamless integration with various EMR systems, adhering to industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and ensuring data integrity and security.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive patient data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Optimize the application for performance, scalability, and efficient handling of large data volumes.
- Oversee end-to-end testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, and manage the deployment process to production environments.
- Manage code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and external stakeholders on the usage and maintenance of the application.
