Co-Founder (Marketing & Operations Lead):

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
Oversee all day-to-day operations, including business development, partnerships, and team management.
Collaborate with the technology team to ensure the product vision aligns with market needs.
Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to drive company growth and expansion.
Marketing Manager:

Create multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Operations Manager:

Handle operational logistics, supply chain management, and team coordination.
Implement efficient processes and workflows to scale the business.
Sales & Partnerships Lead:

Drive sales efforts, from lead generation to closing deals.
Build strategic partnerships and identify business growth opportunities.
Customer Success Manager:

Build customer success strategies to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Develop user onboarding, training, and support processes.
