About our project

Our vision is to revolutionize the food and beverage ordering process at large-scale events worldwide.

eventbro offers a seamless digital solution for ordering food and beverages at large events, festivals, and stadiums. With our app, event attendees can scan a QR code, place their order from anywhere (even the restroom!), and pick up their food or drinks at a designated station without waiting in long lines. We focus on convenience, speed, and enhancing the overall event experience for both attendees and organizers.

Challenges
1) Market penetration: Breaking into the competitive event tech space and convincing event organizers and venue managers to adopt a new system can be challenging, especially in traditional industries.

2) Scaling operations: As we expand, ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining high service quality, and building a robust network of pick-up stations across multiple locations will require careful planning and strong partnerships.

3) User adoption: Encouraging event attendees to embrace a new way of ordering food and drinks and ensuring a seamless user experience for both tech-savvy and less tech-oriented customers.

4) Competition: Facing competition from existing service providers and larger platforms that may enter the space, requiring eventbro to differentiate itself through superior service and convenience.

5) Operational coordination: Managing multiple vendors, delivery times, and order fulfillment at large events presents logistical challenges that will need to be optimized as we scale.

Target group
1) Event organizers, stadium operators, and festival planners looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.

2)Event attendees who value their time and want a hassle-free way to order food and drinks without standing in long lines.

3) Food and beverage vendors at large venues who want to increase efficiency, serve more customers, and boost sales through a digital platform.
