What you bring to the team
As Co-CEO, you will collaborate closely with the founder to define and execute our strategic vision, drive growth, and establish LifeSkills360 as a leader in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Co-develop and execute the company's long-term vision, goals, and strategies.
- Marketing & Branding: Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, GoogleAds, Social Media) to build brand awareness and attract both course providers and learners.
- Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with course providers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Operational Support: Ensure efficient operations, including processes for course listing and management, user engagement, and platform optimization.
- Fundraising: Participate in investor outreach and fundraising efforts (if required), ensuring financial stability and sustainable growth.
- Team Building: Recruit and manage a small, high-performing team as the company scales.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, marketing, or operations; experience in startups, education, or platform businesses is a strong plus.
- Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and analytical approach. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques is a bonus.
- Commitment: Willingness to invest financially (ideally CHF 20,000) and dedicate time and energy to building LifeSkills360.
- Personality: Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about lifelong learning and innovation.
