CTO Co-Founder / SaaS wanted for Identity validation (Anti-Catfishing)

Technical Expertise:

- Proven experience building scalable platforms involving computer vision, machine learning, or real-time video/audio processing.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices (encryption, authentication, anti-fraud systems).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to set-up an MVP operationally and work hands-on.
- Experienced in implementing payment providers
- Experienced in creating white label solutions for integrating software solutions into partners' tech stacks

Leadership Skills:

- 10+ years in engineering roles, with 5+ years leading technical teams (startup experience preferred).
- Ability to make strategic trade-offs between speed, scalability, and technical debt.

Business & Product Mindset:

- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives.
- Passion for collaborating with executives to shape the company’s trajectory, including product strategy, go-to-market alignment, and investor relations.
- Experience contributing to high-level business goals (e.g., scaling product roadmaps, exploring strategic partnerships).

Open-mindedness:

- Openness to collaborating with platforms operating in nuanced or ethically complex spaces, including casual dating and adult-oriented services

- Experience with liveness detection, biometric verification, or adversarial ML.
