Co-founder wanted for Intellectual Pillbox startup

We are looking for a co-founder, who has an experience in developing a startup to a successful business. Who will contribute to the development of our project, conducting activities:

- searching for investors, fundraising
- dealing with investors, regulatory authorities, tax-office, auditors and so on.
- financial planning of business development
- management in the field of marketing and sales, customers search
- participation in conferences, exhibitions, etc

As the main language of our team is English, we are looking for an English speaking person.

Intellectual IoT-device for pills organising makes medication intake easy and comfortable

1. WHAT IS OUR PROJECT?

It's an electronic pills organizer. The two main ideas, which make this project special, are:

- to get rid of a necessity to arrange carefully different types of pills into the many small cells every several days. With our pills organizer you don't have to do that. Every type of pills is in its own cell.

- to remind and to point out when, which one and how many pills from which cell you have to take. It makes our pills organizer very comfortable to use.

2. WHO ARE OUR POTENCIAL CUSTOMERS?

It's obviously might be older people and people, who have treatment with different medication.

3. STAGE OF THE PROJECT

This project consists of three parts:

- An electronic board and components, which supports up to 6 cells

- A case with different amount of cells

- An Android application

We developed and successfully tested several prototypes. Further detailed description of the device's functionality is available on the website: https://www.pills-organizer.com.

We prepared and presented the pills organizer as a "DIY-project for 3D-printer owners" to understand, if it might arouse some interest. We have got some opinions and feedbacks and already have sold a couple of kits. Obviously it is interesting for people but quite complicated to assemble. That is why we want to create a final product for customers.

4. PLANS FOR FUTURE

In the near future we have to develop an IOS - application and a mini mobile version of pills organizer.

Later we plan to extend the project to a cloud service with a possibility to help and control remotely of medication intake of older people. It might be interesting for people, who want to be informed in case their old parents miss their medication.

Moreover, this project could be realized as a professional version on a cloud platform for health care facilities.

5. OUR TEAM AND COMPETENCE

We have a small team of 2 people with a technical competence in fields of software development, microchips, web-sites and video editing.

6. WHAT WE NEED

We need financial support to develop an industrial design of our device, to organize production. Moreover we need an additional competence in field of managing and marketing to progress sales.

Target group

First of all, our clients are people with health concerns, seniors, who need long-term and regular medications. Another group – people, who care of their health and take vitamins and dietary supplements. In a future, we are planning to arouse interest of hospitals and life cares.
