Initially we would like to obtain up to 10 high quality links / articles monthly mentioning our site.

A limited on-page review (title and descriptions wordings etc.) might be handy, but not a full blown audit.

No shady SEO tactics, experience in healthcare SEO or existing assets (eg. relations with websites editors or owners) highly recommended.
