Our Story

I have been working for some time on the possibility of storing electrical energy in the form of liquid air and releasing it again when needed. In 2017 alone, 5.5 TWh of electricity from renewable energy sources was not used because there was no energy storage to buffer the excess capacity and release it again in times of lower energy production. I want to address this unused potential and develop an energy storage system that makes a real contribution to the energy transition without the use of rare earths, with a high number of possible charging and discharging cycles and a location-independent application.
After working for two different companys I think I got a good impression what is going well and what can be done better, so I want to found a company in which the employees and their personal and professional development are in the foreground and not profit maximisation at any price. A company where people have fun and enjoy working on meaningful and future-oriented tasks and make the world a little bit better. At the same time, enjoying their free time with hobbies and friends because they are given the freedom to do so.
