I would work to establish our company as a leader in our industry, through innovative product development and marketing strategies.
Furthermore, I would promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, encouraging employees to take ownership of their work and to share ideas and feedback openly. I would foster an environment of diversity and inclusion, where all employees feel valued and supported.

The target of our service program is to equip personal or group competencies that are supported by an effective and appropriate management system, and are able to compete at the international business level by having Dejure superiority (formally recognized competence because it has industrial certification, formal abilities, and degrees), and Defacto superiority (recognized by the community because of its contribution with real work results from the maturity of knowledge and skills). Making human resources who are not only competent, but also have scientific maturity.
