Our Story
I have a long background in sustainable food but mostly vegan. A sector that is not established yet is products from upcycled ingredients. Every production has side streams of waste and residues most of which are nutritious but are not used for human consumption yet. Bringing an attractive consumer product together with upcycled ingredients is a great chance to start this movement and help to feed the world more efficiently.
