Our Story
McDreams Hotels (8 hotels in Germany with 750 rooms, 12Mio revenue) were looking for a way to minimize their costs. Together, we developed a phone bot that is answering their incoming teleophone calls. 50% is answered automatically, the other 50% is transmitted to McDreams team. Additionally we developed an automatisation that matches incoming reservations with their system and finds out if there are differences that the team needs to look into.
At the moment we are working to add a direct booking possibility for the phone bot and an internal chat bot that the team can use if they are not able to answer a query directly.
