About the Role

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technology team
Define and implement the technical vision for YooDrop.com
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our platform
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems
Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends
Mentor and develop junior engineers

Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
Strong understanding of database management systems
Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and technology
