My colleague Denis and I have built up our small co-living company Filiti (www.filiti.com) in recent years. Filiti rents WG rooms to international expats and offers flexibility, community, furnishing and cleaning services. With 10 rooms in 3 apartments, Filiti is still small but profitable and offers enormous growth potential! The demand for flexible living space in Berlin continues to rise massively.
