Our Story
ChangePath was triggered by my own unhappiness and career path change - I was searching for a solution that would help me structure my thoughts, reflect on my goals, motivations and work needs to understand what career or job move would be best for me. On my search, I understood how many people are having the same problem - what do you do if you do not know what to do. The existing solutions are limited - all free resources do not really help in that situation and coaches are super expensive. Based on my and my friends' experience, I built my own self-reflection and career-decision making approach, which is the basis for the ChangePath platform.
