Irina, Kilian, and Oliver met during their Master's program in Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship. Driven by a shared passion for innovation, they quickly realized they had complementary skills and a common goal: to reshape the job search experience using AI technology. From their first project together, they knew they had the potential to create something impactful. That spark led to the birth of Suitable, their AI-powered career coach. Now, after months of development and overcoming challenges together, they are seeking a dedicated individual to join their growing team and help bring this ambitious product to life.
