Our Story
Before founding Talentlake.io, we ran a digital innovation agency where we supported various startups by providing developers from Germany and Nearshore regions. Over time, we noticed a recurring pattern: many of these startups wanted to hire the developers we had assigned to their projects for the long term. While we were happy to facilitate these transitions, it wasn’t aligned with our core business model.
This led us to a key realization: there was a better way to address the needs of both startups and developers. We wanted to create a solution where the hiring process was clear from the start, allowing companies to test remote developers and, if they chose, hire them with full support.
And so, Talentlake.io was born.
With Talentlake.io, startups and companies can seamlessly transition from testing remote talent to bringing them onboard full-time, with us handling all the complexities. This includes assisting with the Blue Card process, providing language courses for our developers, and offering migration support, from securing housing to integrating into the company’s culture.
We’ve set up an international subsidiary in Tunisia, where we employ talented developers until the startup or company decides to bring them to Germany. After about nine months of remote collaboration, the developers are fully integrated into their new teams in Germany, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for both the talent and the business.
Talentlake.io bridges the gap between remote work and permanent hiring, offering a complete solution to help companies tap into global talent, while simplifying the legal and logistical processes.
