You will be self starting, passionate about sustainability and wanting to create impact, willing to think outside the box and work in a flexible, non-hierarchical, dynamic environment. You will have skills in either business and finance or technology, software and AI. You will be open and friendly. You don't need to have skills in all the areas listed as we can find more people to cover our skills gaps.
