HireLinks is an innovative job-matching platform that connects German companies with skilled workers and trainees from abroad, specifically in the blue-collar sector. Using AI, it simplifies and optimizes complex and time-intensive bureaucratic processes, from visa applications to integration, significantly accelerating the application process and saving resources.
Additionally, the platform offers helpful tools such as application checks and interview training to provide optimal support to applicants throughout the entire process. The user-friendly web app acts as a personal assistant, guiding users step by step through every stage of the process.

Our Story
This is a true story I heard from the owner of a café I visited for a cup of coffee, located near the flower shop that was closed. The café owner, who owns two other high-end coffee shops, has to work as a waiter at his own establishment because he could not find staff. This situation is now quite common throughout Germany. Worker shortages are a big issue that affect everyone.
