- Not Afraid to Knock Down Doors: The team is capable and operational, but we need someone to drive deals, deepen market penetration, and push us forward with commercial strategy.
- Able to Lead the Vision: You can align the team with your vision, manage investor expectations, and chart a course for a successful Series A raise within 18-24 months.

Ideal Qualifications
- Proven Startup Leadership: Experience as a C-suite, MD, or senior leader in an early-stage tech startup, ideally in a SaaS or AI company, with a record of significant growth.
- Track Record in Commercial Deal-Making: Demonstrated success in securing and managing complex B2B deals, ideally within regulated sectors such as finance, insurance, healthcare, or legal.
- Strategic and Operational Expertise: Capable of driving growth while laying the foundation for sustainable success and a strong operational structure.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulated industries is essential. Experience with customer service or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS, AI, and enterprise tech. Experience with data privacy, compliance, and security in regulated markets is a plus.
