My academic background in industrial engineering & management coupled with 5 years in tech & management consulting, equipped me with the skills to build platforms and to transform organizations. The experience as a co-founder and 4 years as a leader in a family business provided me with an entrepreneurial mindset. My intrinsic motivation for mental health drives me to make the workplace a better place.
