Our Story
Mental health & resilience is more important today than ever before. In our fast-paced and often stressful society, people are under considerable pressure, both professionally and privately. In businesses, ensuring the mental health and well-being of its employees is becoming a decisive factor for the company's success. Studies show that 78% of all transformations fail, thereof 72% due to a lack of support within the organization. The underlying resistance of employees and lack of management support lead to unaccepted change, which jeopardizes both peoples’ wellbeing and corporate performance.
For me, mental health is a subject close to my heart. I witnessed one of my best friends suffer facial paralysis due to a double burnout and how challenging his recovery was. This experience fundamentally changed my perspective and priorities. My life's mission now is to improve mental health in the workplace by helping organizations to successfully embrace transformational change and in doing so, promote the mental well-being of their employees.
