The startup plans to reduce cybersecurity risk in local utility providers (critical infrastructure operators) by tackling human error and insider threat through a tailored, simple, affordable, easy-to-integrate web service, powered by gamification and machine learning.

Challenges
The industry contains large competitors, some potential clients and prospects are on the government side which leads to issues with bureaucracy and procurement and, there is an element of trust that must be acquired in this industry.

Target group
Small and medium-sized utility providers in Germany. Head of IT departments and executive directors are the decision-makers & buyers, while the organization staff are the end users.
