• At least 1 year of experience as an AI Architect or a comparable role
• Ideally the ability to code in Python
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, natural language processing, cognitive architectures, AI methods and trends
• Experience in designing and implementing big data architectures, metadata management, software architecture, and integration
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and behavior
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and database technologies
• Experience in developing data and machine learning pipelines and industrializing data products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills
• The willingness to proactively learn personally and technically, no matter how good you already are
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a plus. But in the end, you need to be great at doing your job

• At least 2 years of experience (unless you're so good that you can compensate for that) as a Python developer, ideally in the AI realm
