PANCHA revolutionizes the German healthcare market by providing transparency and giving access to the holistic healthcare market.

We offer positions for motivated people with TECHNICAL (Web Development, Front-end, Back-End, NLP, ML) MARKETING (Design, Lead Generation, Content Strategies, Social Media, Event-Planning) and MEDICAL (medical research, holistic healthcare studies) experience.

We are in the process of being funded with Germany’s most prestigious founder scholarship EXIST: From January/ February 2025 in Full-Time with a 1 year fixed salary (check exist.de).

Until then you can already be part of the startup journey by joining us in the Ideation Programm of RWTH Aachen from August ‘24 and Incubation Program of DigitalHub Aachen from October ‘24

On the consumer side we target people with health problems who are (1) unsatisfied with their current treatment, (2) can’t find a relief of their suffering with treatments of standard medicine, (3) prefer less invasive and more natural healing options, (4) need post clinical natural treatments or (5) would like to combine standard medical treatment with holistic services to reduce side effect symptoms.

On the supplier side we target healthcare provider who (1) are just starting theire career and need help in presenting their services in the market and acquiring relevant patient contacts, (2) would like to reduce the amount of time spent for marketing and patient acquisition (3) are looking for less costly and more focused options compared to doctolib or jameda.

Next challenge is to find the target niche to start with, create the product-market-fit by doing market test with lead generation.
