Looking for someone who has experience in advertising ecommerce products through social media as well as building advertisement campaigns with multiple ad sets and creatives. This opportunity would be a great fit for someone who knows how to communicate a brands messaging to the world. Would be great but not essential if they have a good grasp on design concepts and can collaborate with a designer to bring the messaging to life through graphics and videos/images.

Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and call potential b2b customers (this might not be your core skill set but something you'd be willing to do and learn along the way with the intention of the next hire to be someone to solely focus on sales - we all pitch in with this!)
